On August 22,<\/strong> Sensex fell 693.86<\/strong> points to 81,306.85<\/strong>, while Nifty dropped 213.65<\/strong> points to 24,870.10<\/strong>. Around 1,693<\/strong> shares advanced, 2,208 <\/strong>declined, and 143 <\/strong>remained unchanged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
