On Monday, Nifty witnessed a mild rebound but faced resistance near its 20-EMA on the hourly chart, closing weak on the daily chart. Derivative data indicated put writing at the 24,600 and 24,500 strikes, which suggest immediate support, while call writing at 24,700 and 24,800 suggests resistance. This indicates that Nifty is likely to trade within a short-term range of 24,500\u201324,850, with volatility and a sideways-to-bearish undertone. A reasonable negative candle was formed on the daily chart with upper shadow. A sustained move above the 50-day EMA is needed for a bullish reversal. Immediate resistance lies near 24,700 and 25,200, while key support levels are at 24,600 and 24,100.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
