On<\/strong> May 8<\/strong>, Sensex was down 516.33<\/strong> points at 77,328.19<\/strong>, and the Nifty was down 150.50 <\/strong>points at 24,176.15<\/strong>. About 1988<\/strong> shares advanced, 2048<\/strong> shares declined, and 170<\/strong> shares unchanged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
