On February 19<\/strong>, Sensex fell by 28.21<\/strong> points to 75,939.18<\/strong>, and the Nifty dropped by 12.40<\/strong> points to 22,932.90<\/strong>. Of the total shares, 2,724<\/strong> went up, –1,079<\/strong> went down, and 107 <\/strong>remained the same.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Top Nifty gainers: \u00a0Bharat Electronics, Hindalco, L&T, Axis Bank, Eicher Motors.<\/strong>
Top Nifty Losers: Dr Reddy’s Labs, TCS, HUL, Infosys, Adani Enterprises\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The IT sector dropped by 1.3%<\/strong>, and the pharma sector fell by 0.7%<\/strong>, while sectors like media, energy, metal, PSU banks, real estate, and capital goods gained 1-2%<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

BSE Midcap index<\/strong> was up 1.3 percent<\/strong> and Smallcap index <\/strong>added 2.4 percent.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The market showed signs of recovery and traded in a narrow range throughout the session. It opened lower due to concerns over a trade war related to tariffs. After a brief decline, the Nifty bounced back in the morning but couldn\u2019t maintain the gains due to weak buying and pressure on a few large stocks. Resistance is seen between 23,000 and 23,200, while support is found between 22,700 and 22,500.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
