In today’s stock market ,Nifty drops to 24,750, Sensex falls 180 points as auto, metal, and IT stocks weigh on market mood.

On May 30, the Sensex fell 182 points to 81,451, and the Nifty dropped 83 points to 24,751. About 1,751 shares advanced, 2,087 shares declined, and 114 shares were unchanged.

On the other hand, PSU banks performed well, rising nearly 3% as investors responded positively to their strong Q4 results.

Stock Prediction for 02nd June 2025

Prediction for Monday NIFTY can go up if it goes above 24,800 or down after the level of 24,600, but it also depends upon the Global cues.

The Nifty opened at 24,812 and moved in a narrow range, hitting a high of 24,863 and a low of 24,717, reflecting recent subdued trends. PSU banks led the gains, while metals, autos, IT, and media saw selling. Markets remained range-bound amid global trade concerns and the temporary return of US tariffs. FII inflows continued, driven by US yield volatility and hopes of strong Q4 GDP data and an RBI rate cut. Resistance is seen at 24,800–25,300, with support at 24,600–24,200.

Bank Nifty Daily Chart Prediction

Prediction For Monday, BANKNIFTY can go up if it goes above 55,600 or down after the level of 56,000, but it also depends upon the Global cues.

Bank Nifty (55,750) is in a positive trend. Hold long positions with a daily closing stoploss at 54,941. Fresh shorts can be considered only if it closes below this level. Key resistance is between 56,000–56,500, while support lies in the 55,600–55,200 range.
