Prediction for Friday NIFTY can go up if it goes above 25,000 or down after the level of 24,900, but it also depends upon the Global cues.
The Nifty50 index has closed above the key 25,000 level. Initially, the imposition of a 50% tariff on India by the US caused the index to drop to 24,400. However, it has been steadily recovering since then. This rebound is driven by expectations of minimal impact on the domestic economy, the Indian government’s strong response to US long-term policies, and the introduction of significant reforms like the GST to offset trade-related challenges.
Moreover, recent positive signals from the US regarding trade talks with India have further supported the index’s recovery, bringing it into a new range, as anticipated by the market. Resistance is seen between 25,000 and 25,400, with support expected in the 24,900–24,500 range.
