Prediction for Thursday NIFTY can go up if it goes above 25,100 or down after the level of 25,000, but it also depends upon the Global cues.
The Nifty benchmark extended its upward momentum for the fifth straight session, finally managing to close above the crucial 25,000 mark. Over the last two sessions, the index had repeatedly struggled to sustain above the 25,000–25,020 zone, a level that also coincided with the highest call open interest. On Wednesday, however, consistent buying pressure helped Nifty register a decisive close beyond this resistance band. Looking ahead, the index may face resistance between 25,100 and 25,500, while support is likely to emerge in the 25,000–24,500 range.
