Nifty & Bank Nifty Prediction: Key Levels for 25th September 2026

In Today’s Stock Market, Sensex falls 1,247 points, Nifty slips below 23,100; all sectors trade in red amid heavy selling pressure.

On Sept 24, Sensex was down 1,247.71 points at 73,580.54, and the Nifty was down 383.70 points at 23,063.10. About 1,400 shares advanced, 2,772 shares declined, and 169 shares remained unchanged.

All the sectoral indices ended in the red with Nifty Private Bank falling 2.2%, Nifty Metal declining 1.9%, Nifty Bank slipping 1.7%, Nifty Infra dropping 1.5%, Nifty Auto declined 1.5% and Nifty Oil & Gas shed 1.3%, Nifty PSU Bank declined 1.3%, Nifty Energy lost 1.2%, and Nifty FMCG fell 1%.

The Nifty midcap index fell 2 percent and smallcap index declined 1.5 percent.

Stock Prediction for 23rd September 2026

Prediction for Friday NIFTY can go up if it goes above 23,400 or down after the level of 23,000, but it also depends upon the Global cues.

Nifty closed lower, continuing to face selling pressure at higher levels. The index remains below the 23,400 mark, indicating weakness in the near term. The recent decline suggests cautious sentiment, while a sustained move above 23,400 could provide some strength. On the downside, immediate support is placed at 23,000, followed by 22,500. On the higher side, resistance is seen in the 23,400–24,000 zone.

The immediate resistance is at 55,700–56,000, while the support zone is seen at 55,300–54,500. A sustained move above resistance may lead to a short-term recovery, whereas a break below support could result in further downside.
