Conclusion

ML runs a powerful, tech-driven multi-sided e-commerce platform and has shown consistent revenue expansion over recent years. However, its losses continue to deepen, and the IPO comes at an aggressive valuation with a negative P/E. Considering these factors, the Meesho IPO appears suitable mainly for knowledgeable investors, high-risk traders, or those with surplus capital aiming for long-term potential. Risk-averse or conservative investors may find it wiser to stay cautious or skip the issue at this stage.
