On September 02, The Sensex gained 194.07 points, to reach 82,559.84, while the Nifty rose 42.80 points, to 25,278.70. Around 1,684 stocks moved higher, -2,191 declined, and 133 remained unchanged.

Top Nifty gainers: Bajaj Finserv, Bajaj Finance, HCL Technologies, Bajaj Auto and Hero MotoCorp,
Top Nifty Losers: Grasim Industries, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Adani Enterprises and Nestle India.

Apart from the banking, FMCG, and IT sectors, all other sectoral indices closed in negative territory. Capital goods, metals, healthcare, telecom, and media sectors fell between 0.4% and 1.6%.

BSE midcap index ended flat, while smallcap index was down 0.5%.

Prediction For Tuesday, NIFTY can go up if it goes above 25,400 or down after the level of 25,200, but it all depends upon the Global cues.

Nifty opened with a gap up and traded sideways throughout the day, ending in positive territory with a gain of about 43 points. The daily charts show that Nifty has closed higher for the thirteenth straight trading session. Looking ahead, Nifty could aim for levels between 25,400-26,000, while key support is expected around the 25,200–25,000 range.

Prediction For Tuesday, Bank NIFTY can go up if it goes above 51,500 or down after the level of 51,200 but it all depends upon the Global cues.

Bank Nifty indicated a potential recovery, though its ability to sustain gains remains uncertain due to the weakness in major stocks within the index. PSU Banks displayed signs of a renewed upward movement and might see positive momentum in the upcoming trading sessions. From a short-term perspective, resistance is seen around the 51,500–51,900 range, while crucial support lies between 51,200 and 50,900.
